About the Journal
The Ecoscan Journal (ISSN 0974-0376) is a peer-reviewed journal publishing original research in ecology and environmental science, published quarterly since 2008 by the National Environmentalists Association (NEA) under its guiding principle, "Save Nature to Survive."
The journal covers a broad range of topics at the interface of environmental science and life sciences, including:
- Ecology and ecosystem studies
- Biodiversity and wildlife conservation
- Environmental pollution and toxicology
- Natural resource management
- Climate change and its ecological impacts
- Forestry and land-use studies
- Environmental microbiology and soil science
- Conservation biology and sustainable development
This interdisciplinary scope reflects the journal's roots in both zoology and environmental science, and is intended to support indexing and abstracting by major scientific databases, including Scopus, BIOSIS Previews, and Zoological Record.
